Robert Menagh
Robert Menagh is the Manager of Human Resources for the City of Cornwall. He works with managers, staff and employees alike to ensure a positive working environment at City Hall.
Mr. Menagh recognizes the importance of being able to offer a skilled, hard-working workforce to prospective employers. He believes strongly in Cornwall's future, and would be happy to assist Cornwall Economic Devlopment in working with any new company looking to establish operations in the City.
Cornwall is recognized by many as a world class business location. Independent studies have ranked Cornwall as being one of the lowest cost cities in which to establish a company, based on factors such as land and building costs, labour costs, electricity and transportation.
