Don is the Dean of the Cornwall campus of St. Lawrence College and is the former Executive Superintendent of the Upper Canada District School Board.

St. Lawrence College has over 5,000 full-time and 20,000 part-time students and 3,000 Job Connect clients in over 80 programs at its three campuses in Kingston, Brockville and Cornwall.

The Cornwall campus serves more than 900 full-time and 750 part-time students and also provides customized employee training.
