Mark Boileau is the Economic Development Manager for the City of Cornwall. He previously held the position of Senior Development Officer for ten years. Prior to working in Economic Development, Mr. Boileau worked with the business community as a planner with the City's Planning department.

Cornwall is recognized by many as a world class business location.
