Cornwall Living Magazine Travels the World
You've heard of the famous Team Cornwall cards right? Members travel the world giving out their cards to the people they meet, all the while promoting the great City of Cornwall.
In steps the yearly Cornwall Living magazine published by Seaway News. It too has started to spread around world, having recently made stops in Greece, Amsterdam and France. In fact, the idea is spreading like wildfire and the magazine is in demand as people are taking it with them to give to people in other cities and countries.
"It was a lot of fun introducing people to Cornwall", said Chelsea McDermott, who recently handed out magazines in Holland and France. "I only wish I could have brought more!"
"You're invited to bring your copy of Cornwall Living with you on your travels," says Rick Shaver, Publisher of the Seaway News. "Send us a photo of you and the magazine along with whoever you are leaving it behind. We'll publish the photo and award prizes for the best pics, the furthest places, the most interesting locales etc."
The whole idea is to help introduce Cornwall to people who might otherwise never visit the area.
"This is a great extension of the Team Cornwall concept. Everybody can be a great ambassador for the City," says Gilles Latour, Team Cornwall chair.
